Questions
Before you order
What exactly do I get?
A vertical MP4 video (1080×1920) with narration, captions and sound effects, plus a private page where you can watch and download it. It plays well on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and a TV.
How long does it take?
The free cartoon takes about two minutes, and telling the story about five to ten. Once you approve the script, the reel is ready within 24 hours, or 12 with Express.
My event is in two days. Can you make it?
Yes. Choose Express and approve the script quickly, and the reel is ready within 12 hours. Tell us the date when you order. If we miss it, you get a full refund.
Is the reel in English only?
For now, the narration and captions are in English. You can tell us the story in any language, Hebrew included, and we write the script in English for you to approve.
Will the character really look like them?
You see the cartoon before you pay anything. If it isn't quite them, tell us what to fix or add more photos, and we redraw it for free.
Which photos work best?
Clear photos of their face in good light, with no sunglasses and only them in the frame. A childhood photo and a partner's photo are optional extras.
Can I add our own jokes?
Yes, that's the best part. Tell us the stories only your crowd knows, and you approve every line of the script. We leave out jokes that can hurt: looks, health, money and exes.
What happens to the photos?
We use them only to make the character and the reel, and we delete them 30 days after delivery. Please only upload photos of someone who'd be happy to get this gift.
Is there anything you won't make?
We only make reels about private people you know personally, never about celebrities or other public figures. Nothing sexual, humiliating or mean. The full rules are in our Terms.
Is this made with AI?
Yes. The characters, scenes and narrator's voice are made with AI tools. A person checks every reel before it reaches you.
What if I don't love it?
Every reel includes one round of changes: tell us what to fix and we fix it. And if we miss your event date, you get a full refund.
Why this exists
It started with one reel
I made the first one about my own life, from a bike in Re'ut to a baby girl in Herzliya, to see if 45 seconds could feel like a real gift. It's the reel at the top of this page. Now you can make one for someone you love.
